AG Joins Prosecutor in Holding Kendra Hostage

Item: Woman's fate rests on legal appeal: Possible parole, reuniting with son might not stick/Marc Stewart

More Info: Kendra Goodrick is in the middle of a legal battle that could drag on for years. The Hayden woman who claims she turned her life around after years of battling meth could be paroled by the end of the year and reunited with her infant son. However, she could find herself back in prison in 2009 if the state attorney general's office is successful in its appeal of a recent ruling to give her credit for time served while on parole.
