Letter Writer Opposes Hagadone Plans

re: letter sent by David B. Larsen to Idaho Department of Lands, opposing Hagadone dock/helipad proposal:

“While I commend the Hagadone family for hosting charitable events at their Casco Bay residence, the expansion of dockage and major incursion into the public waters of Lake Coeur d’Alene should be disallowed. It appears in the application that the need for expansion is due in part to the loss of road access to the waterfront area of the property. Road access has always been private and any continuation of road access will continue to be private. Its elimination to the beach area is the homeowner’s decision”/David B. Larsen, Coeur d’Alene. Meeting: 6 tonight at regional HQ of Idaho Department of Lands in Coeur d’Alene Industrial Park
