Traffic in the eastbound lane is backed up for some distance. One person suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash near the Huetter rest area, according to reports over the police scanner. The crash involved a white passenger car and a black SUV, dispatchers said. Details on the second crash were not immediately available.
