Katrina: We Finally Made Out Our Wills
Katrina/Notes On A Napkin: We finally got our ducks in a row last year and made our wills. Not that we have so much to leave behind, but it's nice to know who will be raising your children and that your World of Warcraft account will be going to someone who truly appreciates it.
DFO: The will my wife and I wrote must be 15 years old or so. Some of the provisions no longer pertain. For example, neither of our kids are now minors. So the part re: guardians is obsolete. They get everything. Any attorneys out there who could advice re: the need to update my will. Or is the provision "they get everything" sufficient to spell out my wishes?
Question: Do you have a will?
