More Info: Coeur d'Alene Parks Director Doug Eastwood nominated LCDC for the award. He cited the development corporation's partnerships in creating both Johnson Mill River Park and Riverstone Park. Wrote Eastwood: "This would not have happened without LCDC. They have given a very tangible gift to the community that will be enjoyed by many generations."
