1st Sgt. Scott Dale gets a hug from a member of his family as he walks from the bus to the Army Reserve Center where hundreds waited to greet a busload of soldiers from the 321st Bravo Co. of the Army Reserve as they returned from their year-long deployment to Iraq this afternoon.

There's a cool event happening across from the Kootenai County Airport right now. The reservists from the 321st Engineering Brigade are due to arrive at any minute. A large crowd is accompanied by a marching band from Central Valley High School. I imagine it's been a long 14 months away from their families, and should make for a great homecoming.
