12:59 p.m. Something's going on along Nettleton Gulch (weapons situation). Subject is in middle of Nettleton Gulch Road about 100 yards east of 15th. Police are blocking off traffic at 15th and Best area, northward. (Update: Officer asks: "Find out where they want me to start sending media.")
