At 1 o'clock this morning, Post Falls police responded to a report of a prowler in the Auto Credit parking lot, 120 W. Seltice Way. A resident reported two males in the car lot prowling through vehicles. Reportedly, officers caught two men removing a stereo from a white pickup. The two admitted they were stealing the car stereo. The two suspects are Cody Parmer and Grant Fischer, both 18 and from Coeur d'Alene. They were charged with felony burglary/Post Falls Police Department news release.
