Cisco the miniature horse got a little silly inside the Carbon County Library while his handler 12-year-old Alison Brown looked on during the library’s Gear Up for School event on Wednesday, August, 13, 2008 in Rawlins, Wyo. The event was intended to give parents and children information about the upcoming school year while providing them with some entertainment — which Cisco and his antics easily seemed to provide.
