Duncan: Cabin Video May Be Shown Today
Throughout the testimony thus far in the Joseph Duncan sentencing trial, there’s been a specter looming over the courtroom: The cabin video, which everyone knows will be shown to jurors at some point. It may happen today. The contents of the video, made by Duncan of his sexual abuse of a 9-year-old boy at an old cabin near the remote campsite where he held two children captive, are so graphic and disturbing that 325 prospective jurors were quizzed about it in their jury questionnaire and it was an issue in jury selection/Betsy Russell, Eye On Boise.
