A fast moving thunderstorm dumps rain and hail over Spokane Washington Thursday August 21, 2008. The storm left almost an inch of hail in the Spokane Valley, causing a rash of traffic accidents. The photo was taken looking east from the Palisades Park area atop the Sunset Hill.
