Spin Control: Delaware Bumps Idaho @ Convention
The Idaho delegation to the Democratic National 
Convention were in line to be front and center -- or at least front, and a bit to the left of the podium -- for the gathering in Denver. They were, that is, until Joe Biden was named Barack Obama's running mate. That meant the delegation from Biden's home state of Delaware got moved to the foreground and Idaho got Delaware's location.
