Duncan: ‘He Received An Epiphany On The Mountain’

(Shasta), and that’s the reason she is alive today,” Clarke told the court, and that’s what Duncan believes the mitigating evidence is. “Words hinder the understanding of the truth” in Duncan’s view, Clarke said. “That is Mr. Duncan’s view of mitigation”/Betsy Russell, SR Eye On Boise.
