Frito Ray Brings Chips Thru Wind, Snow, Night

My brother, Frito Ray, who delivers Frito-Lay chips from Spokane to Pullman, faces these conditions four times per week. Here, wind blown snow covers US Highway 95 Wednesday near Genesee (between Moscow and Lewiston). Deer, elk and moose have been moving to lower elevations because of heavy snow in the mountains along the St. Joe River, and a recent kill shows wolves have been quick to follow.
