Tom Hanks Appeals: Actor Tom Hanks and his wife are taking their legal dispute with the builder of their multimillion dollar Sun Valley home to Idaho’s highest court. The “Saving Private Ryan” star and wife, Rita Wilson, filed an appeal Monday asking the Idaho Supreme Court to review a district judge’s decision to reject the couple’s bid for arbitration with Storey Construction/IStatesman.
