More Info: While at SCC and Spokane Falls Community College, Jenkins said it was his job to forecast where liberal arts and vocational-technical programs would be in 10 years. He concluded that neither campus was big enough to support all of the programs and all of the student enrollment and that a two-site campus would work better. It's a set up he believes would work well for NIC with Bell as president of both campuses.
