People wonder why Portland is so full of hate groups, like some of the nastiest skinheads ever, well Portland to its credit and detriment is one of the most inclusive cities ever - everyone, from 13 year old heroin slamming street junkie kids to 30 something computer engineers are welcome. Including haters. They know they can chill there. Portland for all it's wonderful goofiness and beauty is also the city where Light Rail riders one morning were traumatized by the sight of two naked heroin addicts who had hung themselves off a bridge in a mutual suicide right in direct view of the rail line.
