PIO Propst Leaving North Idaho College

North Idaho College Vice President for Community Relations Kent Propst announced Monday that he has accepted a position with Peru State College and will leave his post at NIC Aug. 25. In his new position, Propst will serve as the executive director of the Peru State College Foundation, the private nonprofit corporation that supports the college. In that role, he will direct fund-raising, alumni relations, grants and other private support for the four-year college in southeast Nebraska. Peru State College, Nebraska’s oldest college, is Propst’s alma matter, having earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism in 1981 and gone on to work at Peru heading public relations for the college for more than 20 years/North Idaho College news release.
