Oral Arguments Set In Craig Sting Case
Idaho Sen. Larry Craig’s Minnesota appeal attempting to withdraw his guilty plea in an airport men’s room sex sting has been set for oral arguments, which will take place in September. The Minnesota Court of Appeals has scheduled the arguments for Sept. 10 at 12:30 p.m. in St. Paul. A three-judge panel will hear oral arguments from attorneys on both sides; the judges assigned to the panel are Thomas J. Kalitowski, Natalie E. Hudson and Louise Bjorkman/Betsy Russell, Eye On Boise. More here.
