2 Kootenai County Demos Eye Commish Office

Item: Caires, Noble announce commissioner bids/Marc Stewart, Coeur d’Alene Press

More Info: Steve Caires and Bruce Noble have only known one another less than two weeks, but it seems like they have been working together for years. They finish one another’s sentences. They share similar views on politics and how to run county government. “We’re kind of kindred spirits,” Noble said. “We started talking and we have the same ideas.” They’re hoping that synergy translates into political victories during the May Democratic primary and later on in the November general election.

Question: What kind of message would a Demo ticket have to have to make a break through in the commissioners office in solid-red Kootenai County?
