More Info: Philanthropist and Idaho native Gregory Carr will be the keynote speaker at the 11th annual Human Rights Banquet. A reception will be held at 6 p.m. followed by the banquet at 7 p.m. tonight at the Best Western Coeur d’Alene Inn. Carr will speak about “The Status of Human Rights on the Global Scene,” which will be focused on his humanitarian work in Africa.
