Shirley McKague, R-Meridian, was put on the spot in the House State Affairs Committee this morning about her joint memorial to Congress decrying illegal immigration, which contains statements like “illegal entry into the United States by tens of millions of illegal immigrants … should be considered an invasion” and “The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) are being used to nullify the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution”/Betsy Russell, SR Eye On Boise.
