Question: Where Will Ed Corridor $$$ Come From?

The closure of the DeArmond Mill in two months has pushed up the timetable for purchasing the property from developer Marshall Chesrown. Chesrown has purchased the property, along with the old IFI mill on Seltice Way, from Stimson. But has agreed to hang onto a portion of the DeArmond Mill site, adjacent to North Idaho College, for use as a future "education corridor" -- a future site to be used for higher-education offerings, tying the UIdaho center (old Osprey building) to North Idaho College. But where will the money to buy the property from Chesrown come from? The urban renewal district? North Idaho College? The state? Anyone?
