Giant, Inflatable Colon Is Interactive

Worts: Hey DFO, I am surprised you and/or Doug Clark haven’t picked up on this one

The Providence Cancer Center at Sacred Heart Medical Center and Holy Family Hospital will present the Super Colon, an 8-foot-tall, 20-foot-long replica of a human colon from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Providence Auditorium at Sacred Heart on Ninth and Rockwood. The inflatable, interactive colon (shown above two years ago in New Mexico) will teach visitors about colorectal cancer. Information: 474-5490.

DFO: An interactive, inflatable colon? What will they think of next? Interactive journalism?
