More Info: The troubled former Lake City High School student who brought a carload of guns to school in January shouldn't be locked up with hardened criminals, his clinical psychologist argued. First District Judge Fred Gibler said he would allow Brian Gilmore to be transferred to a secure mental institution, provided his family can find one that will accept him. "There's no evidence at this point he would do anything like a Columbine," Dr. Daniel Hayes said Thursday during the bond reduction hearing. "He shouldn't be incarcerated."
