Representative Bob Nonini’s waste of time in our legislature irritates me to no end. Mr. Nonini - why can’t you apply your time to pioneering real change for Idaho? I find myself regularly referring to Nonini’s sponored bills as the Nonini Special — making law because the bill looks good when in fact the law is already in place/MamaJD. More here
