Now, we’ve gone and done it. The snowfall this winter now has equaled the total of the legendary 1968-69 winter as the 8th snowiest in the region’s history. I pity my brother, Frito Ray, who has to make another chip run to Moscow, Pullman and Lewiston on Highway 195 Saturday morning.
