Foot Fondler To Face The Music

An aspiring rock star faced the music Friday morning, reaching a plea deal that means he won't have to register as a sex offender. Nate Schierman of Coeur d'Alene pleaded guilty to two felony counts of injury to a child in 1st District Court. He could spend 20 years in prison. Kootenai County Prosecutor Donna Gardner said she's waiting for a complete report on the 20-year-old before making a sentencing recommendation. ... Schierman was arrested last October for luring a young girl into his car near Lakes Middle School and asking her to remove her socks. Then, he allegedly masturbated while smelling and fondling her feet/Coeur d'Alene Press. More here

Question: Does this guy deserve a second chance or a long time in the slammer?
