Eye on Boise: Idaho justices sued

Idaho’s highest court can’t just declare the state’s school funding system unconstitutional and then let it continue that way, the attorney for a group of school districts told a federal judge today. But the attorney for five Idaho Supreme Court justices said the federal court has no jurisdiction over state supreme court justices, and the judge said the “truly unique case” is a “head-scratcher.”/Betsy Z.
