Fallen Heroes Statues Coming To CdA

Three statues representing fallen police officers will arrive at the Coeur d’Alene Police Department at 1 p.m. Wednesday. Commissioned by the Coeur d’Alene Parks Foundation and the Coeur d’Alene Arts Commission, the statues will eventually be placed at the Fallen Heroes Plaza, a memorial developed in Cherry Hill Park behind the Fire Station at 1500 15th St. The sculpture memorial is dedicated to Idaho firefighters and law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty throughout Idaho’s history.
