Buck Knives Lays Off 43 Workers

Item: Buck Knives cuts staff: Rough economy reportedly reason behind decision/Brian Walker, Coeur d’Alene Press

More Info: Buck Knives laid off 43 employees companywide on Wednesday due to a sluggish economy and high gas and shipping costs, employees said. The manufacturer, which moved from San Diego to Post Falls’ Riverbend Commerce Park about three years ago to trim business expenses, did not comment on the layoffs.

Question: Have you ever been fired or laid off?
