Christie: Vieselmeyer Is His Own Man

RE: GOP dumps Vieselmeyer for back Ed Corridor
Ron left the NIC Board meeting a little early last night in order to make his Central Committee meeting. The vote over his position was done in his absense so when he arrived he was given the news. I think it is pretty common knowlege that Ron is more conservative than than me and I do not spend a lot of time involved in partisian politics. I am a moderate republican but I will vote for a democrat if they are the better candidate. My republican friends hate it when I say that.(Sorry Duanne...we can still have coffee together)) Ron is very involved and enjoys it immensely. What I really admire about Ron is he formulates his decisions based upon studying all of the information and input provided. His vote is not for sale and he cannot be politicked by anyone. He is a man of deep integrity, and conviction. He has been a strong contributor to and very loyal to the local and National GOP. It is really sad to see the local party treat him with such disrepect over the Ed. Corridor. Oh well...I guess they will need to find what they want in Matt/Christie Wood.
