Breaking! Court OKs Rammell For Ballot

The Idaho Supreme Court rejected arguments Wednesday over whether independent U.S. Senate candidate Rex Rammell should be included on the November ballot. The Idaho Supreme Court Clerk said that the court did not find any basis for prohibition and denied the petition. Attorney Dennis Sallaz, representing a group of 10 voters, says that some of the 1007 signatures on Rammell's petition for candidacy were invalid because they were forged, from people who weren't registered to vote, or included wrong addresses/AP. More here.

Question: Will this attempt by Idaho Republicans to block Rex Rammell's name from appearing on Idaho ballot back-fire in November?
