‘Bumvertising’ Comes To Spokane, Post Falls
The owner of a business that buys homes in danger of foreclosure thinks he's found a new way to help the homeless - using them as walking billboards. Steve McMullen on Friday paid panhandlers on busy downtown street corners to wear bright yellow T-shirts and hand out fliers promoting his Post Falls-based Highland Financial LLC business.
