Day 2: Mother Nature Dims Haga-Lites

Huckleberries hears ... that North Shore owners caught a break from the glare of Duane Hagadone's new outdoor lights at his second home on Casco Bay last night. The glare of the spotlights were dimmed somewhat by the fog that rolled in, according to Terri Porcarelli of West Lakeshore Drive. "Nature was kind," Terri told Huckleberries Online. Terri has learned from county code officers that outdoor lights are suppose to be directed in a way to minimize glare. She was told the county would check out the problem. She was also told that the 35-foot light towers were "real, and they're permanent."
