Janice Hill a veterinary assistant who worked at a clinic in Kingston, saw many dogs, some old and arthritic, others recovering from injuries and surgeries, who they thought might have benefited from low-impact exercise in water just as people with joint problems may find swimming or aquatic aerobics helpful.
