  • 6:02 p.m. Authorities evacuate Bell Bay Campground.
  • 5:25 p.m. A motorcyclist is doing tricks, including standing on the seat, as he rides along I-90 in Post Falls area.
  • 5:12 p.m. Woman called from a broken-down pontoon boat to say she is one of six adults and a baby stranded on the water. All have safety equipment. No location given.
  • 4:56 p.m. 3 brush trucks called to Bell Bay campground area fire.
  • 4:37 p.m. Department of Lands is on the scene of a fire by Bell Bay campground (East Point Road & H97/Harrison, first reported @ 3:09 p.m. below) that has spread from 1 acre to 6 acres. A tanker has dropped water. Evacuations possible.
  • 4:31 p.m. Bonner County is looking for an adult female, a 15YO male and a toddler that fled in the woods from a vehicle @ H41 & Spirit Lake Cut-across. No more info given.
  • 4:23 p.m. Someone is bleeding in the engineering area of the Coeur d'Alene Resort.
  • 4:16 p.m. A fire in a Dumpster behind the Loan Tree Apartments has been doused w/water by tenants but is still smoking @ H41 & McCartney/Rathdrum. Much more below.
  • 3:26 p.m. Woman on Mitch Michael Road/Worley reports neighbor backed into her car and then ran into his residence. Neighbor may be drunk.
  • 3:09 p.m. R/P @ Heyburn Park reports smoke near Bell Bay campground/Lake CdA. Update: Official confirms smoke is showing.
  • 2:48 p.m. A drunk is bothering customers in front of Super 1/CdA.
  • 2:40 p.m. Mother on Palais/CdA reports her 9-month-old baby has his head stuck in the rungs of a rocking chair. He's giggling, nursing on a bottle, and uninjured. But she needs help getting his head free.
  • 2:21 p.m. Contractor reports several items have been taken from his job site over the past two weeks.
  • 1:48 p.m. A handicapped man suffered a gash above his eyebrow when he fell out of his vehicle in the Jimmy C's sports pub lot @ H95 & 54/Athol.
  • 1:07 p.m. Resident reports hearing automatic gunfire near her house @ last night and this afternoon Diagonal & Icehouse Lane/Rathdrum. She doesn't believe it was ISP officers shooting.
  • 1:06 p.m. Resident on 12th/CdA reports that neighbor's kid had an all-night party and then put the beercans in her trashcan.
  • 12:40 p.m. CPD Blue are told to be on lookout for Montana runaway who is traveling with two other youths and may be headed for Tubbs Hill.
  • 12:16 p.m. Terry has found a 12-foot Catamaran boat on Wendy Bay/Hayden Lake
