    “Top proposal: Cut pay for highest paid/Betsy Russell, Eye On Boise”

    Good idea. I’d cut 15% of the salary for any state worker making more than $150k a year, 10% for those making $100k-150k, and 5% for those making $75k-100k.

    They should also be making buy out deals for those close to retirement.
