Applebee’s Kralicek Event Today

FlorineD: You still have time to head to Appleby’s in CDA, have a drink and/or dinner and at the same time contribute to Mike Kralicek’s tricycle fund. Today only, Appleby’s is allocating 10% of your bill to Mike. And, since my bill was only about $9, I ask if they had a way to kick in a little more than 90 cents. Sure ‘nuf. They have “an envelop in the back” for cash or checks. They can’t do the “extra” on a credit card, tho’. DFO put up the “coupon” yesterday (I think it was) and OTV has it on the Get Out! site. But Appleby’s had a little stack of them at the front desk, too.

My husband and I had lunch there today - there were many in uniform while we were there and it looked like many were eating for Mike. (The food was good too)
