M&M: Pass On ‘Armored’

I’ve been watching the trailer for “Armored,” the heist film that’s supposed to open on Friday, for months now. And to tell you the truth, I’m no more excited about this movie than I was when I first saw Matt Dillon and Co. preview their product. Can’t say exactly what it is. Could be the cast (Dillon, Laurence Fishburne, Jean Reno, Skeet Ulrich and Columbus Short). Could be the tired story line (an inside job goes horribly wrong). Could be the images (everything looks so dark). Maybe it’s the first name of the director (Nimrod, as in Nimrod Antal, whose previous film was the crappy “Vacancy”). Hard to say. But I think I’m gonna give the film a pass. Hell, I’d be more interested in seeing “Twilight: New Moon.” I’m serious/Dan Webster, Movies & More. More here.

Question: Any Matt Dillon fans planning to watch ‘Armored’ simply because the actor is in the movie?
