I am sure this program will be a big success, much like the campaign to have people TURN OFF their cell phones. We’re warned five or six times before the movie starts. And it never fails, at some point during the movie some jackass has their cell phone go off.

The “suspension of disbelief” principle applies when I go to see a movie. Thus, the Fed’s ad would seem perfectly plausible.
