A retired police officer from Lewiston who was given a $75 speeding ticket two
years ago has had the citation thrown out in court. David Estes fought the speeding ticket all the way to the Idaho Court of
Appeals. The Lewiston Tribune reports that the court decided to reverse his 2007
speeding conviction earlier this week/Lewiston Tribune. More here.
Wednesday Poll: 63 of 94 (67 percent) respondents said that Councilman Mike Kennedy would have sought a recount but nothing else had he lost to challenger Jim Brannon by 5 votes. Only 2 of 94 said Kennedy would have sued to annul the election as Brannon has.

Sigh.
That’s right rub it in. You know, aging Ford Windstars can go pretty darn fast. My husband thinks I need a less sporty vehicle ;-)
