US Postal Service Letter Carrier, Patrick Neagle, is covered head-to-toe to fight off the frigid temperatures as he makes his mail deliveries in Spokane Tuesday. Neagle says he keeps his face covered with a cotton mask because it doesn’t itch and because his wife won’t let him grow a beard. He as been delivering mail for the past 13 years and prefers this cold weather to the deep snow the area had last year in December. (Dan Pelle/SR)

Wow, the USPS must be facing some budget woes. Poor postal worker, shirtless and mud covered.

Uh, DFO… check the picture… not that I wouldn’t mind the guy covered in mud to be my postal carrier!

DFO, I am surprised that this issue has not been picked up, to my knowledge, by northern Idaho media. The Priest Lake half of the cottage site lease issue is discussed. I think the Land Board will be meeting on it soon.
