More Info: Completed this year were the Fourth Street renovation project, the Fallen Heroes Plaza and Sept. 11 memorial, the St. Vincent de Paul-partnered Lynn Peterson House for low-income people with chronic developmental disabilities and the one-stop H.E.L.P Center. The recently completed Landings Park was the city’s 28th. Citizens donated 50 acres on the south side of Fernan Lake to the city.
