At last count, Tiger Woods has been linked to 11 alleged mistresses – including porn stars
Holly Sampson and Veronica Siwik-Daniels, who specializes in kinky sex flicks. But the titan of the PGA tournament is hardly alone when it comes to sex-fueled scandal. Former two-time presidential rising star John Edwards is back in the news as his ex-mistress, Rielle Hunter, is looking to move closer to the North Carolina cheater. She’s bringing her baby along, the possible love child of their liaison. Then there’s former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer, who is attempting a pop-culture comeback after resigning from office following a hooker scandal. Late night star David Letterman, who spilled the dirt on his wandering eye after allegedly being blackmailed about it, is cashing in on Tiger’s troubles almost every night this week/Joe Dwinell, Boston Herald Inside Track. More here.
Question: Which politician, athlete, or other high-profile person gets your vote for the worst cheater in recent years?

I don’t care about someone’s personal life *UNLESS* they’re one of those hypocrites who cry wolf about how “the gays are threatening their marriage!” or go on and on about the “sanctity of marriage” in general and then go on to be divorcees, adulterers, or worse.
Those hypocrites need to be exposed - Larry Craig, Larry Stickney, Rush Limbaugh, Mark Sanford, Ted Haggard … the list of religious conservitives that fits the bill goes on and on ….

LukeB. Scandals are not exclusively a conservative thing.

Of course not, but it’s almost always the conservatives who act hypocritically as I described.

And hmo, if you’re going to link to a page of scandals, at least make sure that the listed scandals are on topic. Sheesh.

LukeB. Limiting the discussion to sex scandals, the dems still win.

Good list. Now, who on that list is on record as publicly espousing their marital fidelity as an example for everyone to follow, prior to their scandals? That’s the point I’m making - IMHO it’s the *hypocritical behavior* that should be exposed publicly (which is what I said in my first comment).

Anyone who cheats is on my list, famous or not.
