Freshman Ellen Van Wyk, left, and Laura Phillips, right, archaeology collection manager at the Burke Museum, examine the stone spear tip that Van Wyk found as she was digging up rocks from a campus garden in Seattle. I doubt if the Otter gives a wit about a lawsuit. It is the election, and this gives him a platform from which to argue in the election battles that he never did anything wrong regarding ‘that woman.’ He can say “see what I did here,” and march her out for photo ops.
