I was looking on a weather web site a couple of hours ago. Coeur d’Alene was listed as the WARMEST city in the state. Warmer than Lewiston. Stanley was -23 this morning, before wind chill. Boise was about 2. Pocatello was even colder. Make it sound downright balmy here in CdA.

That’s catchy. I think I’ll follow the trend and start a new blog called “Boysenberries”.

Digger, I have to echo DFO, it’s great to have you back in the comments section.
Maybe that column drained the fun out of you!

It’s so cold that my fillings jumped out of my teeth, turning back as I exited my back door.

It’s so cold that my steaming breath clouded up the entire neighborhood, causing a severe weather alert.
