Eagles Return To Lake Coeur d’Alene

Get Adobe Flash player

Every December, migrating eagles put on a show of aerobatics that draws bird watchers and photographers to the eastern arm of Lake Coeur d’Alene. The mighty predators scoop fish after fish from the waters as people marvel from the shoreline. The two best places to watch are at the end of Lake Coeur d’Alene Drive at Higgens Point on the north side and on the Mineral Ridge side of the bay to the south. (Jesse Tinsley/SR video)

Question: Have you viewed the eagles this year yet?
