Coeur d’Alene High Schools girls basketball team is probably the best team in the area, Kama Griffits is their top player. Greg Lee’s SR story here. (Kathy Plonka/SR)
I have been following Coeur d’Alene a bit, and they are quite impressive. They’ve always had pretty dang good girl’s sports in the lake city. Can anyone explain how they got so good? Is there a strong AAU program? Is it just a collection of uniquely talented and competitive girls all about the same age?
