A crew of Idaho Department of Fish and Game staff and local volunteers, led by Regional Wildlife Manager Jim Hayden, left, move a moose cow weighing more than 800 pounds to a trailer for relocating Tuesday after safely sedating the animal. The moose and its calf have been sighted in downtown Coeur d’Alene, Idaho for the past week. Fish and Game authorities are monitoring the calf to determine whether they will need to take action to relocate the yearling as well. (AP Photo/Coeur d’Alene Press, Shawn Gust)

I rarely do this but I couldn’t help but wonder who would threaten to go Seagal on public officials. Then I read the article and its David Elton. If I’m not mistaken he wanders over here from time to time and I see him at Bob’s blog regularly. So what up, David?
The news report is a good juxtaposition for the proposed Hentger legislation. David was charged with felony harassment which I think emanated from his blog.

My bad, CB. Hartgen. I don’t know where I got Hentger.
He’s the one who proposes a solution in search of a problem in the tubes, despite the consequences. the bill is significantly watered down from his original proposal.
